After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its magnificent landscapes dotted with iconic baobab trees and abundant wildlife along the Tarangire River. This park is home to some of the largest elephant populations in East Africa, as well as lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and an impressive variety of birds. Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch before continuing to your lodge in Karatu for a relaxing evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Safari Lodge (3 meals).

Depart Karatu after breakfast and head towards the Ndutu region, where the southern Serengeti and Ngorongoro meet. This area is the heart of the wildebeest calving season. Spend the afternoon exploring the open plains, where predators closely follow the herds. Dinner and overnight stay at Lake Masek Tented Lodge (3 meals).

Spend the entire day following the calving herds in Ndutu. Witness the birth of wildebeest calves and the intense predator activity that follows. Lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals are very active in this area at this time of year. Dinner and overnight stay at Lake Masek Tented Lodge (3 meals).

After breakfast, begin your journey north towards the heart of the Serengeti. Along the way, enjoy wildlife viewing as the landscape transforms into open savannahs teeming with wildlife. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive before heading to your camp for the night. Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Melia Safari Lodge (3 meals).

Begin the day with a final morning safari in the Serengeti, enjoying the last glimpses of the vast plains and abundant wildlife. Afterward, travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, traversing magnificent highlands to your lodge near the crater. Dinner and overnight stay at the Ngorongoro Melia Safari Lodge (3 meals).

Descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular half-day safari. The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of animals, including black rhinos, lions, elephants, and hippos. After lunch, begin your return journey to Arusha or proceed directly to the airport for your departure.
